Change of Heart
We are happy to refund purchases within 14 days of delivery of goods if you’ve simply changed your mind.
To request a return as a registered customer log into your account, go to your orders, and click on the 'Return' link. As an unregistered customer use our 'Order and returns tracking' link in the footer to create a return request. If you have any problems please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase and we'll initiate the returns request for you.
Goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with any tags intact and accompanied with the original delivery note and/or receipt. Return shipping is at the customers expense and risk. We recommend using a secure signed for service. Please write your returns number clearly on your receipt and parcel.
A full refund or the item(s) returned will be issued. We cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned goods safely at Markus Lupfer.
We are happy to refund purchases within 14 days of receipt of goods if they are faulty. Within these 14 days you must contact us email@example.com to report the receipt of faulty merchandise and a description of the fault, we will then ask you to follow our returns procedure above. If the goods are faulty we will offer to replace the goods at no further charge; if this is a possibility. If replacement of the goods is not desired or possible a full refund will be issued including all delivery charges. Return shipping and charges will be borne by Markus Lupfer and refunded to you when we receive your proof of delivery cost. Faulty goods must be returned in an unused condition with any tags intact and accompanied with the original delivery note and/or receipt. We cannot issue a refund until after we receive the faulty goods safely at Markus Lupfer.
For international customers outside the EU, please be sure to mark your return shipment as “Returned Goods” on any customs or postal forms.
ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3.30PM GMT 03.02.2017 ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR STORE CREDIT.

For international destinations the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these will be necessary to release the goods from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise on how much these costs may be.
Our delivery company will normally contact you prior to delivery and will require payment before delivering the goods, alternately they may require payment or delivery, or, you may be required to pay the import taxes and duties direct to any customs, local, or national government authority.
If you do not wish to pay duties to release your item(s) from customs, you will be refunded minus any shipping charges incurred.
